Description: 

Malt is the most known and the most widespread raw material for beer production in the world. Barley is perhaps the most ancient cereal, its germinated grains were used by men for producing of alcoholic drinks by fermentation. According to the official archaeological data barley malt was actively used in 2000 b.c. for producing of alcoholic drinks in Mesopotamia and Egypt. Today this divine malty drink is brewed in almost all countries around the world. In the modern world there is a huge variety of sorts and types of beer that differs in taste, color, flavor and other criteria. During many years of our life we admire this wonderful drink. But all these criteria depend on malt, its type and use in respective proportions. During many years we admire this wonderful drink.   

Everyone who deals with malt sale knows that such characteristics of malt as taste, color and flavor usually play a decisive role in determination of type of beer brewed of this malt, and its quality directly affects on the quality of beer. That’s why a great attention is paid to the preparation of malt. It gains its specific properties just during the malt growing, and also they depend on the quality of seeds. It is notvery convenient to grow barley for further generation of malt because it is easily to buy malt on the market. In our country is very easy to buy malt by wholesale because its sale is very widespread.

Main operations for malt producing – underworking and retting of barley, growing and drying of malt – are performed on the complex technological equipment produced in Czech Republic. This equipment has successfully increased unit capacity, high productivity and meets all modern requirements of malt production.

Following modern brewing grades of barley are used as raw materials: Thuringia, Stratus, Fonteyn, Sylphide, Philadelphia, Barce, Xanadu.

In case of malt wholesale its shipment is carried out in bulk and packed up in bags, by automobile and by rail.
