Rye flour

Rye flour is produced of rye grain. It is targeted to be used for the manufacture of bakery and confectionery products. The flour contains almost no gluten, so it is used in a mixture with wheat flour. Rye flour is rich in B vitamins and iron.

This kind of flour is made of one type - baking.

Rye flour contains many healthful substances. Rye bread has been considered as a nutrition base. Rye bread is a dietary product in many countries. Comparing to wheat flour the composition of rye flour includes more protein containing essential amino acids.

Grades of the flour differ in respect of grinding degree and bran content.

The type of flour produced from rye is not less than the third class. It is divided into three grades: seeded, peeled, wholemeal.
